Extreme Reunion, TNA's and WWE's short comings

Ok so basically the Franchise Shane Douglas wants to beat a dead horse to ashes, I don't understand why the hell anyone from the old ECW promotion wants to continue attempting to rise the ECW name and make a promotion that they could produce something credible from.

And I use the term credible in the sarcastic sense.....

If anyone believes that Shane Douglas is doing this for anything other than profiting off of the ECW name than im sorry I don't believe it..

I believe that the merits are there, I believe that Douglas has good intentions in regards to rising a new promotion but why use the ECW name? why produce a card based on the former Extreme brand?, why allow the brand to die a slow painful death?....

The fact is, Douglas needs to create a brand that has something more, don't use the same names, don't use the old timers from the old brand because the end of the day it won't survive, the new brand that he is attempting to create won't make a dime, because no matter how much nostalgia the brand brings it will eventually die!
Another issue I have with Douglas is that he's slandering Vince Mcmahon and Dixie Carter in order to promote his brand, he's saying that both bastardized ECW but who is he to say anything?, he left the brand twice looking for success outside the Paul Heyman bubble and failed miserably, he's stating that he could draw more than the WWE and certainly more than TNA but in the end he doesn't have anything to show for it yet, and i will emphasis yet.........

The fact is Vince is doing the right thing, he's not focusing on the old fans, he's attempting to bring in more and more new fans in order to create something for all the family to enjoy something that can bring the kids in and will eventually allow the WWE to survive for generations, the fact that Shane Douglas is still looking at the short term show's that he knows nothing about the industry, it's changed, it will continue to change and will morth into something different, but Douglas is still stuck in the 90's he still thinks he could draw the same as the Ric Flair's, The Hulk Hogan's, The Stings, but the fact is neither of these men draw a dime in today's wrestling era now you have the Punk's, The John Cena's, The Randy Orton's and The Rock's who will make more money in one event then Douglas could make his entire career, and I doubt he will ever see that big of a payday ever again.

The Wrestling Business is down in the dumps, but it's not the fault of the promotions no one has any idea what the fans want, they don't care what the fans want and no focus group in the world will tell you what the fans want...

think about it for a second..............

Let the workers work, go back to Old school booking and allow your guys to draw their fans, allow the talent to work their matches, if there's something wrong allow the producers to fix it, scale back the creative team, give the talent guidelines and allow them to get their matches over, focus on booking and make sure that you book the card accordingly, make sure that the feuds tell stories and your talent gets themselves over and for god sakes no sketchy booking, no fart jokes and for gods sake no more generic characters that speak the same, you know the reason why they speak the same?, its because's they have the same damn writer writing their damn promo's, their's no difference, nothing that stands out  so why should the audience even care?.

Will Douglas stand a chance in rising a fourth promotion from the ashes of his former home, nope, it will just stagnate and continue plodding on until everyone either gets fed up oor the promotion goes bankrupt from lack of interest, hardcores had its day, I think it's time to lay it to rest..
